Nice to See You

Is it a zine or is it a toy? A small slinky-style zine made from a single folded page, unfolds to reveal drawings of eyes and eye glasses. Each one unique and handmade, with the original edition now available at the Biblioshop of San Francisco Center for the Book. You may find a tactile limited edition version featured at Ruth’s Table, or Contact me.

Also, here are participatory image descriptions! A classroom of university students wrote and recorded their descriptions of Nice to See You. If you’d like, click below to play the unedited audio of four students’ samples, considering what elements create useful narration.
