Hello, I’m Rae. I make mixed-media memoir comics and multi-sensory, multimodal, tactile and audible storytelling projects.

Many of my projects combine sound and image for a sonic story. Several test the poetic practicalities of image descriptions and alt text. A few larger pieces venture into bumpy tactile and haptic terrain. I’m asking creative questions for myself, and anyone curious about accessible narratives and disability aesthetics, with disability access tools as art.
